This contains the code to extract the data from the database and checks 1. whether all the nodes are running and that the V_IN values are sufficient to run the node. 2. Checks the V_MCU and E64 Parameters of the node 3. Checks the temperature, rainfall, wind speed,wind direction, Soil Moisture, Soil Temperature, Pressure to ensure that junk data is not being record. 4. When Junk data is found or a node is off, an email is sent to report the issue
