DMG2ISO is an Apple's compressed dmg to standard iso convert tool.
This tool handles z-lib compressed dmg images.

Usage: 
 dmg2iso <image.dmg> <image.iso>
Installation:
Note: This requires gcc g++ zlib1g-dev libbz2-dev to be installed.
 Open a terminal and cd to this directory.
 run chmod +x install.sh
 and then run ./install.sh
Installation on Windows (beta):
 Download install-windows.zip and extract it to a new folder.
 Run install-windows.exe.
 Follow the On-Screen intructions.
