Adds the
strata-qa-accessibilityreport forwmfeht/strata@66fb0e6toworking-docs/qa-suite-sweep-20260911/qa/accessibility.md.Verdict: pass-with-nits. Canonical AT-SPI E2E (18) and Rust a11y unit tests (3) passed. New nits: unnamed pane-filter field, global-search field named from its locations tooltip, F1 toggle name swallowing the open reference. Menu / Shift+F10 still does not open the context menu (open lgse#583). lgse#576 Open With row names are fixed. No product code changes, no issues filed.
