Adds the dialogs/menus slice of the 2026-09-11 QA suite sweep for
66fb0e6. Isolated Xvfb + D-Bus + throwaway HOME/XDG. No product code changes.Verdict: Pass. No confirmed dialogs/menus defect at this SHA.
