Description

Adds the strata-qa-search-filter report from the 2026-09-11 QA suite sweep of wmfeht/strata at 66fb0e6. Docs only. No product code.

The shared docs/qa-suite-sweep-20260911 branch did not exist on the remote, so this report lives at working-docs/qa-suite-sweep-20260911/qa/search-filter.md on this agent branch.

Verdict: pass-with-findings.

1. Minor — NFC query résumé does not match an NFD filename in Ctrl+F or Ctrl+K.
2. Nit — Shift+Down from the filter query never range-extends; List/Icons move like Down, Columns stay put.
3. Nit — Ctrl+K shows “Partial search — some folders could not be read” on a clean throwaway HOME.

Known out of scope: #717 (chooser test order), #794 (Enter-to-focus-results enhancement).

Expected result: Report matches the recorded SHA, coverage, and findings. No application behavior change.
