fix(sync): don't close another branch's pull requests by accident - #42

Commits keep their bstack-id when cherry-picked, and a new branch cut from the middle of a stack shares its lower commits. Syncing such a branch matched the original stack, treated its remaining changes as dropped, and closed their PRs. Saved stacks now record the branch they were synced from (a detached checkout keeps the previous one). If a sync would close PRs of a stack last synced from a different branch, bstack stops before changing anything and explains why. Pass `--close-omitted` to close them anyway, for example after renaming the branch. Existing state without a branch behaves as before. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> bstack-id: 20e5b7957ec44e9ca465e774c0248cd4
