Tinycast 0.11.12 excludes app and launcher shortcuts from its native settings file, so bootstrap applies the separate shortcut config through macOS defaults while the app is quit. On a new Mac, enable Settings File and choose Import in Tinycast; this is documented in the README.
Validation: Bash syntax, ShellCheck, JSON parsing, diff checks, fresh and repeated Stow linking, and persisted shortcut verification passed locally. Full installation tests are restricted to disposable GitHub-hosted macOS runners and will run in CI. Reviewed the committed configs for secrets and private data; none found.
