Adds Shuffll Engage — Personalized video at scale as a remote plugin from Shuffll's public organization repository. The generated index detects one skill and one HTTP MCP server.

What this PR does

Ownership and validation

  • Submitted on behalf of Shuffll with permission to distribute the public kit.
  • Source is published under the official shuffll organization, with an MIT package license.
  • Exactly one catalog entry added, with brand-scoped keywords and owned domains.
  • Remote source pins a public, reachable full commit SHA.
  • Regenerated the component index with python scripts/generate-plugin-index.py.
  • python scripts/validate-catalog.py passes.
  • python scripts/generate-plugin-index.py --check passes.

Security and access

The package contains instructions, manifests, documentation and an icon. It has no executable hooks, downloaded runtime code, credentials, private workspace identifiers or customer data. The endpoint is https://engage.shuffll.com/mcp; users authenticate through OAuth and select the intended organization and permissions. Service use requires an eligible paid subscription and enabled API/MCP access. Generation consumes the configured allowance; delivery requires separate setup and approval.

The skill checks capabilities, preserves paired actor video/audio, and uses only verified native transitions. It distinguishes draft edits, generation, exports and delivery. The service policies are https://shuffll.com/privacy-policy/ and https://shuffll.com/terms/.

This is a catalog submission, not a claim of marketplace approval or native authenticated Grok testing. An isolated synthetic reviewer account and recorded walkthrough can be provided privately if requested.
