Plans become difficult to follow as their scope and decisions change across sessions. Add
visual-plan-history, a portable Agent Skill that keeps meaningful snapshots per feature and generates a standalone HTML guide with a roadmap, dependency links, decisions, original source, and comparisons between any two revisions. The Node.js helper has no runtime dependencies. It preserves earlier snapshots, rejects stale updates and invalid dependency graphs, suppresses duplicate captures, and uses locks and atomic file replacement. The guide embeds its complete history, makes no network requests, and treats plan content as text. Include a fictional three-revision example, installation instructions, agent discovery paths, and CI for the protected
mainbranch.Validation: 8 history/CLI tests, 3 real installer tests in temporary Codex/Cursor/Claude Code projects, and 5 Chromium tests covering offline navigation, comparisons, keyboard/mobile/print behavior, no-JavaScript fallback, and hostile input. The skill-creator validator passes; desktop and mobile screenshots were reviewed.
