Problem and resulting behavior
Marketplace maintenance now follows the same context discipline it distributes: root keeps intent, decisions, integration state, blockers, and the next action; workers receive bounded self-contained inputs and return compact evidence. Detailed durable knowledge lives in the plan or its repository owner, while raw logs are read for a concrete unresolved question.
