Imports exact immutable engineering-workflow v0.9.9 bytes and updates provenance/version metadata; tgrep-search stays at 1.0.3. This distributes the issue #8 privacy preflight v2 fix without changing marketplace sync policy.
Validation: 16 marketplace tests, catalog and recorded-byte verification for both plugins, Codex plugin validator, strict Claude plugin/marketplace validators, public-content check, and redacted Gitleaks tree/history scans.
