check_env.py调用结果：
[FAIL] akshare 数据获取失败: ('Connection aborted.', RemoteDisconnected('Remote end closed connection without response'))
测试环境：codex
过程：首次执行check_env.py就出现Connection aborted的情况，不确定是不是本地科学上网环境影响。出错后，codex会多次尝试不同的方式调用，可能会加剧限流。
建议：在spec中新增AkShare调用频率限制
