📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughSync adds ChangesSync lock waiting
Estimated code review effort: 2 (Simple) | ~10 minutes Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to This PR makes local cloud sync wait for the lock and report SYNC_BUSY instead of claiming success, while preserving ordinary CLI behavior. It is mergeable with explicit owner follow-up because the real CLI exit boundary is not yet asserted and the lock-wait and sync-work budgets leave a bounded timeout risk after lock acquisition. Pull request overview
This PR fixes a correctness issue where Dashboard-triggered local cloud sync could collide with an existing sync.lock, exit with code 0, and be misreported as a successful sync by the local API. It introduces an explicit CLI flag to opt into lock waiting for API-initiated syncs while preserving the existing “fast exit with diagnostics” behavior for normal tokentracker sync usage.
Changes:
- Added
--wait-for-lockto the sync command and wired it into the existing priority lock-wait behavior (incl.SYNC_BUSYon timeout). - Updated the local API to inject
--wait-for-lockonly for non-background, non-drain syncs that have a device token (i.e., cloud upload-capable calls). - Added/updated regression tests to cover the new lock-wait semantics and local API argument boundaries.

- With
--wait-for-lock, the sync process can now spend up to the 90s priority lock wait before doing any work, butrunSyncCommandstill enforces a fixedSYNC_TIMEOUT_MS(120s). This reduces the effective time available for the actual sync and can cause the local API to terminate a healthy sync withSYNC_TIMEOUTshortly after the lock is released.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Assert the subprocess exit code, not only cmdSync rejection.
The regression is an exit code of 0 that makes callers report success. This test calls cmdSync directly. It does not exercise bin/tracker.js error handling or runSyncCommand mapping. Add an integration assertion that holds sync.lock, invokes the actual CLI boundary, and verifies a non-zero exit with SYNC_BUSY.

Summary
Root cause
sync。普通 CLI 的既有语义是:拿不到sync.lock时记录lock_busy/lock_debris诊断标记并正常退出。 Changes
Scope
Validation
npm run validate:guardrails、npm run validate:copy:通过。test + validate + build、CodeQL、Windows build、Linux client、macOS unit tests 全部通过。 Behavior / risk
SYNC_BUSY,不能再误报成功。
