Metric Learning + Double Metric Learning for CTD 2025

• The Metric Learning pipeline is udpated to the latest training with v9 input data and @jaychan-hep added the look back features to the fast walkthrough.
• @jaychan-hep implemented the first double metric learning based on the metric learning implementation done by @alinutzal .
• The Module Map as a service is still under development. It will be added in the following v2.x.y versions. The current road blocker is the PyMMG installation.

An Example of the GNN4ITk as a Service for demonstration

A new model `MetricLearning" is added to perform the GNN Tracking using the Metric Learning-based GNN tracking pipepline. The trained models are pushed the large file system, can be readily download.
