test(themes): port the theme catalog helper tests - #63

tinyland.dev c85b77f4/54091c5b added tests/unit/themes.test.ts for getThemePreset, getThemePreviewColors, getThemeVectorColors, getThemeCatalogEntry and getThemeCatalog. No standalone ref tests the catalog helpers. Ported verbatim. The expected presets, descriptions, swatches and display order match src/themes/index.ts and src/core/theme-presets.ts at main. The monorepo vitest.config.ts pool/inline change (92f115ce) is not ported: it targeted @fast-check/vitest under the monorepo Bazel sandbox, and this repo uses fast-check directly with its own green forks-pool config.

vitest.config.tschange from 92f115ce (threads pool,deps.interopDefault, inline@fast-check/vitest). That change worked around@fast-check/vitestinside the monorepo Bazel sandbox. This repo importsfast-checkdirectly, and its forks-pool config is green on main.
