- docs/README.md 重写为面向 AI 迭代的单文件总纲（唯一实现依据） - 旧四层 Wiki（01-requirements/02-architecture/03-details/04-roadmap/_meta）整体移入 docs/archive/，保留完整历史 - 更新根 README/CONTRIBUTING/SECURITY/TODO/DESIGN/PR 模板中 20+ 处链接指向
ui-gap-analysis.md：按现状/P0-b/P1-P4/基础设施/落地顺序八节整理 UI 缺口 ui-design.md：UI 层唯一实现依据，含 7 条硬约束 U1-U7、信息架构、组件契约（Dialog/Toast/DropdownMenu 等）、P0-b 关键 UI 规格、P1-P4 演进、横切关注点 ui-implementation-plan.md：批 1 已完成状态、未完成诚实清单、下一步按 P0 收尾/P0-b 壳/基础设施/P1+ 四档排序的工单清单
新增 design tokens（浅/暗双套）与 9 个通用组件：Avatar/RelativeTime/Skeleton/Dialog/Toast/DropdownMenu/PolicyBanner/LocalSearch/ProtocolUnsupportedPage。 真实功能接线：发送失败重试（幂等 messageId 复用）、消息右键菜单（复制+本人撤回）、通讯录接受/拒绝/移除、本地搜索高亮、协议不兼容整页、设置面板新增 BasicSettings（模式/账号ID/设备ID/退出登录）。 视觉：会话与消息行头像、相对时间、Composer 自适应高度、焦点环、能力表状态胶囊、暗色全适配。 质量：tsc -b 0 错、client 单测 112/112、bundle 161.8 KB 通过 DSH 装载约定校验。
