All four diagrams (fig1 stack, fig2 six-layer architecture, fig3 node taxonomy, figA1 alert sequence) converted to Mermaid code blocks and inlined directly in the .md files. GitHub renders them natively, they are now version-controllable and diff-able. README figure grid updated to link to the relevant paper sections. SVG files retained in /figures as archive.
