### Fixed

- **Codex-backed nudges run again under a ChatGPT sign-in.** spawnllm 0.13.2
resolves the codex `small` and `medium` tiers to `gpt-5.6-luna` instead of
`gpt-5.4-mini`, which codex rejects with a 400 for ChatGPT accounts. Every
`llm_nudge` routed to those tiers had failed on each call since the switch.
