These dependencies aren't used anywhere as far as I can tell.
I think
ghc-primmight have been needed forGHC.Genericsinbase-4.5, but it's hard to confirm, since there are no old enough versions ofghc-primon Hackage. I bumpedbaseto>= 4.6to be sure.
