改走 mori-ear / Groq 雲端 Whisper 後常吐簡體，gpt-oss cleanup 不一定轉 （實測「他一直出现什么WL Clip…」兩次都原樣留簡體）。用 zhconv 轉 zh-TW， 不靠 LLM 聽話；簡體版 Whisper 幻聽字幕也能在轉完後被濾掉。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

9/15（#164）語音輸入改走 mori-ear / Groq 雲端 Whisper 之後，Whisper 常吐簡體。voice_cleanup.rs 原本「為什麼沒做 OpenCC」的前提是 whisper.cpp 有繁體 initial_prompt 引導，現在不成立了。
10/8 實測，同一份 USER-00 prompt、同一句「他一直出现什么WL Clip什么Paste 什么未知啊」各跑兩次：
修法
programmatic_cleanup第 0 步用zhconv（純 Rust，台灣詞彙，例如軟件→軟體）轉 zh-TW，smart / minimal 兩級都會經過。轉完再濾幻聽字幕，所以簡體的「感谢观看」也濾得到。none那級照設計維持原樣直貼。搭配 yazelin/mori-ear#17：ear 的 STT 出口也轉了一次。
驗證
cargo test --release -p mori-core：366 passed；新測試converts_simplified_to_taiwan_traditionalcargo build --release -p mori-tauri通過，本機已換上新版在跑🤖 Generated with Claude Code
