Adds pre-registered expectations and an executable external-repository validation runner for issue #15. Independently verified upstream source files: catalog, orders and gateway; runtime calls in orders/gateway confirm declared dependency edges. The runner clones upstream into an isolated checkout, records revisions, applies an explicit service map and controlled catalog change, emits human/JSON/Markdown, and compares repeated JSON outputs. Not a passing test report: current execution environment cannot resolve github.com, so run and inspect outputs in GitHub Actions or a network-enabled checkout before closing #15. This PR remains draft until semantic assertions, no-config regression, output parity and release gates are actually verified.
