re-enables screenshot sharing in chat for friends only (and self)
feel free to close. i'm not sure people take enough discretion with who they choose to add as a friend for this to be a safe compromise.
this was tested by replacing the function in an already loaded page. it has not been tested on page loads nor for guests, but it should be fine.
