Pin ftxui-jolt to v0.3.0 and build its shim from the pinned checkout - #55

The TUI took ftxui-jolt from a local checkout. It is now pinned to the v0.3.0 tag. jolt runs no prep step for a git dep, so the tag resolves to sources only; `jolt tui-native` finds the checkout through the classpath and builds the shim there, and tui, tui-test and bin run it first. It is a no-op once built.
