The introductory animation did not identify its processing mode, and its 24-second cycle lingered on idle holds. Keep “Batch · default” visible and shorten the export to 14 seconds with an explicit timing map. The first overlap now appears at three seconds; repair, both overlaps, all approvals, default rechecks and persistent agent identities remain visible.

Connect README and landing-page captions to the batch/ordered guide. Preserve the original 3.5.0 command evidence and distinguish condensed illustration timing from execution speed.

Validation: 31 playback/evidence/story tests and three landing-page checks pass. FFprobe confirms 14 seconds, 280 GIF frames and 336 H.264 frames. Encoded keyframes and local Oddfini EN/KO playback were reviewed at desktop and 390/320px widths; no horizontal overflow. GIF decoding, pause and resume work. Full train gates and production verification follow.
