Documents config.agent_layout (README + PRD table), adds app_name, accent_color, and storage_service to the PRD config table, corrects the claim-anonymous-conversations-on-login note from "future nice-to-have" to shipped/automatic, marks purge_resolved as planned-but-not-implemented instead of documented-as-existing, and expands the v0.6 milestone entry to match what actually shipped through 0.6.8.
