TK-64: Improve Breadcrumb layout for Sharing Agreement, Users, Groups

Testing Instructions

1. Run the test suite via dev test (or dev test_api)
2. Boot the app via dev up
3. Log in to the app at http://localhost:8080

Test Case 1: Sharing Agreement breadcrumb shows the ISA number

4. Click Sharing Agreements in the left sidebar nav.
5. Click any agreement row to open its detail page.
6. Verify the breadcrumb trail reads Home → Information Sharing Agreements → #ISA-<number>, matching the agreement you opened.
7. Click the Information Sharing Agreements breadcrumb item and verify it returns to the agreement list.
8. Click Administration in the left sidebar nav, then click the Agreements card.
9. Click any agreement row to open its detail page.
10. Verify the breadcrumb trail reads Home → Information Sharing Agreements → #ISA-<number>, matching the agreement you opened.

Test Case 2: Users breadcrumb reflects current location

11. Click Administration in the left sidebar nav, then click the Users card.
12. Verify the breadcrumb trail reads Home → Administration Dashboard → Users.
13. Click the Administration Dashboard breadcrumb item and verify it returns to the Administration dashboard.

Test Case 3: Groups breadcrumb reflects current location

14. From the Administration dashboard, click the Groups card.
15. Verify the breadcrumb trail reads Home → Administration Dashboard → Groups.

Test Case 4: Knowledge Items breadcrumb reflects current location

16. Navigate directly to http://localhost:8080/archive-items (there is currently no sidebar link to this page).
17. Verify the breadcrumb trail reads Home → Knowledge Items.

Test Case 5: Root breadcrumb reads "Home" instead of "Traditional Knowledge"

18. From any nested page used above (e.g. an agreement detail page from Test Case 1), verify the leftmost breadcrumb item is labeled Home, not "Traditional Knowledge".
19. Click Home and verify it navigates to the Traditional Knowledge Vault dashboard.
