[BUG] Rockets not providing ample boost

Describe the bug
My friend was using the rocket as normal before the server crashed. The Functionality of the rocket is now reduced, he only gets about 1/3 the air time and looks "heavy" to others on the server. Happened twice, restarting game seems to fix it, saw nothing online but wanted to share.

To Reproduce

1. Crash the server somehow at the same time as rocket boosting (In our case overload of passive mobs spawning)
2. Get Kicked.
3. Lose 2/3 of your legs ezpz

I seem to have found this bug too, even while not using the rocket grapple ability, its ability still is used with another item in the hand (ex: sword, pickaxe), cant find a correction for this
