问题描述 · Description

A completely new Z.ai account did not receive the advertised 5-day free trial in ZCode.

The account works normally in the browser, but inside ZCode there is no quota, so I cannot use the models.

Usage Stats also shows:
“Unable to load usage stats. Try again later or check the network and provider configuration.”

I contacted user_feedback@z.ai 4 days ago but have not received a response.

1. Create a completely new Z.ai account.
2. Install and open ZCode.
3. Log in with the new Z.ai account.
4. Open ZCode and try to use a model.
5. No free trial quota is available.
6. Open Usage Stats.
7. Usage Stats shows an error and no usage data.

期望表现 · Expected behavior

A new Z.ai account should automatically receive the advertised 5-day free trial and be able to use models in ZCode.

实际表现 · Actual behavior

No free trial quota was granted, so I cannot use models in ZCode. Usage Stats also fails to load.
