The MusicBrainz API requires a 'client' query parameter on all
submissions. Previously every submit/collection method required
the caller to pass this redundantly. Now it's built automatically
as '{app_name}-{app_version}' from the constructor arguments.
Removes client_id parameter from: submit_tags, submit_ratings,
submit_barcodes, submit_isrcs, collection_add, collection_remove.
Defaults to "2" (current ws/2 API). When ws/3 becomes available, users can pass api_version="3" to opt in without waiting for a library update. Ignored when base_url is set explicitly.
ws/2 returns entity-prefixed keys (e.g. recording-count, recording-offset). ws/3 will use plain count/offset (MBS-9731). Try unprefixed first, fall back to prefixed for backward compat.
