Problem
The deer TUI dashboard does not work correctly when run inside the VSCode integrated terminal emulator.
Expected
TUI renders and accepts input as it does in a standalone terminal (iTerm2, Terminal.app, Alacritty, etc.).

- Terminal: VSCode integrated terminal
