By day I'm a research assistant at San Jose State, simulating ultracold atoms and writing the code that keeps the science running. The rest of the time I'm usually messing with local LLMs on the Jetson on my desk, or teaching the small robot next to it new tricks.
| Sage | a local-first knowledge app I built on for over a year, then paused (the docs explain why) |
| teach-me | Socratic teaching mode for Claude Code and Codex: it quizzes you instead of answering |
| canvas-to-notebooklm | little CLI that syncs course files into NotebookLM |
| WISER_Optimization_VG | QAOA portfolio experiments from a summer quantum program |
| QEC | Shor's code running on real IBM quantum hardware |
Newer stuff (a robot console, a weather-market experiment) lives in private repos while it's half-built. Ask me about it.
Judo (one tournament, zero wins, undeterred), lifting, Guild Wars 2, and whatever model dropped this week.
