The pre-commit docs hook was not installed, so every website/ change committed since it went missing never reached docs/ — GitHub Pages served a stale build missing the Third-Party-Login cookbook and still showing old version strings on the Installation page (the __ZERO_AUTH_VERSION__ placeholder is injected at build time). Regenerates docs/ from the current source (v0.3.0) so Pages reflects the 0.3.0 docs, state machine changes and the new cookbook. Also adds a --force flag to sync-docs.mjs, which previously had no way to rebuild once the website changes were already committed and no longer showed up in git diff.
GitHub Pages serves the pre-built docs/ directory, which is only regenerated by the git pre-commit hook. When the hook is missing nothing fails loudly: website/ edits land in the repo while Pages keeps serving an old build (missing pages, outdated version because __ZERO_AUTH_VERSION__ is injected at build time). Adds the setup command to AGENTS.md local verification and CONTRIBUTING.md local setup, plus a 'changed website/ but git status shows no docs/ changes' symptom -> cause troubleshooting note and the --force recovery step.
