pr board: gitlab merge requests #858
Description
- the pr board (Add a repository-scoped PR board and native inspection #484) is github.com only. would be great to see gitlab mrs there too, mainly self-hosted
- idea: shared format for prs/mrs + an adapter per provider + a host → provider registry. github stays as is, gitlab becomes a second adapter via
glab(no tokens stored), and others could be added later - things gitlab doesn't have 1:1 (review decision etc.) get worked out in the adapter, or just hidden
- would split it: 1) refactor into adapters, no behaviour change 2) gitlab list 3) detail view + comments

got this working on my fork to see if the shape holds up: gitlab mrs on the board, incl a folder with several repos as one board. will add screenshots
to keep it reviewable i'd send it in steps:
does that sound ok? happy to change the order or drop parts
