…eading-guide Persiapan repo publik (tahapan disetujui owner, posture kontribusi TERTUTUP): - CONTRIBUTING.md: repo = artefak demonstrasi solo/non-komersial, PR eksternal tak diterima rutin (fork/pakai-ulang Apache 2.0 dipersilakan; keamanan lewat SECURITY.md/PVR; tracker internal = docs/ISSUES.md, bukan GitHub Issues). - package.json: tambah `repository` (URL git kanonik) + `keywords`; `bugs` sengaja dikosongkan (tak ada public bug tracker); `"private": true` tetap. - Reading-guide 1-baris di header docs/CONTEXT.md & docs/ISSUES.md → arahkan pengunjung pertama ke README/PROJECT (doc-doc itu jurnal/tracker internal). - Sapuan akhir pra-flip: metadata commit diverifikasi 100% noreply (G-61, jalur tak terjangkau gate file-based). Verifikasi: npm run check HIJAU 704 pass / 54 file (703 CI + 1 file baru ter-enumerasi gate working-tree). Tahap 4 (flip visibility/PVR/tag) tetap tangan owner (P-1).
