skills/zig-nostr/SKILL.md covers adding the dependency, the std.Io setup Zig 0.16 needs, keys, events, NIP-19, NIP-44, relays read with a deadline, the store, and the traps. Every snippet was compiled and run against v0.14.7, including a read from a public relay. AGENTS.md points to it and names the real consumers, and the README says how to add it with npx skills add zig-nostr/nostr. Closes #122.
