AGENTS.mdat the root: what Plaza is, the layout, build and test commands on both platforms (includingzig build model-contractbeforenative check, and the ReleaseFast test run), the two scripts CI does not run, commit and release conventions, and the Nostr rules that protect users' data. Every command was checked againstci.ymland the README.
