Make it so IBS based IBSrelate can work sample pairs in parallel#45

Reduces needed memory for IBSrelate by not having all samples analyzed in one file.
See if something is bugged with my GH actions by forcing a rerun of a passed test without changing the actual code.
Apparently the 'don't run tests on .md file change' works now, so editing something else to rerun the tests.
