Enable dynamic discovery of Unitrade gateway tokens

Implemented dynamic discovery of Unitrade gateway tokens by fetching in batches until reverts are encountered. This replaces the temporary fix that only fetched the first 10 tokens. Also refactored tokensAndOwners to be function-scoped to avoid side effects across multiple executions.
