JetBrains 2026.2 can defer VFS disk writes, allowing an external audit to read older saved content. Add one background flush boundary before CLI commands, audit lanes and Studio, preserving the 2025.2 baseline and reporting preparation failures before launch.

Prepare JetBrains 1.3.3 with concise preview and release notes. Studio startup runs off the UI thread and cleans up failed launches; unsaved buffers remain untouched.

Validation: independent ECC source review and four focused metadata tests passed. Six new runtime-boundary controls, package checks and eight-IDE verification are running in hosted CI.
