Why

mstack pins pstack at f5bdd68. Upstream has since added the benchmark checklist, /correct, /poteto-help, architect red flags, fresh-subagent and hourly-tick rules, and a guide refresh. This moves the pin to 2cbf585 as a selective port that keeps mstack's portable adapters, role-based models, and autopilot policy.

What changed

• New skills: benchmark-checklist, correct, and principle-explain-the-number.
• Workflow ports: architect and design-red-flags.md, fresh subagents and the hourly audit tick in the autopilots and multi-phase plan (check-plan.mjs plus new check-plan.test.mjs, now run by npm test), opening-a-pr headings, perf-issue mantras, hillclimb, swarm SHA briefs, technical-writing, typescript schema-first cast, meta-mode triggers.
• agents/meta-agent.md now says to spawn a fresh agent per task, with a consistency test.
• Guide refresh via profiles/upstreams.json replacements. The four pages with mstack's mixed-Harness text (01, 03, 06, README) were merged by hand, keeping mstack's inherit-parent role-restore wording.
• Refreshed upstream-manifest.json, skill-manifest.json, skills.json, README counts (53 skills), notices, and docs/upstream-sync-2cbf585.md.

Scope

Ported vs skipped is in docs/upstream-sync-2cbf585.md. Skipped: upstream poteto-help (needs repo README and guide pages the installer does not ship, and has not been run by a model; recorded under omitSkills), upstream model-slug and pstack-models.mdc edits (mstack uses models.json), the log.sh fix (Node logger), prunings mstack already had, legacy-skill-digests.json (released tags only), and upstream's Autopilot-full exception that skips a second rebase after a clean disjoint trunk move. Disjoint files can still break each other, so the owner rebases again and waits for CI.

Verification

• npm test: 292 pass.
• npm run check-package: ok.
• check-upstream --strict and skill-baseline --check against LF checkouts of pstack 2cbf585 and mattpocock/skills 6654f6b: green.
• Tests do not show a model follows the new instructions.

Reviewer notes

• scripts/check-upstream.mjs is unchanged by this PR. Its new Set(expected) at line 398 refers to the top-level expected array declared at line 153; the loop-scoped expected Map (line 309) is a different binding. CI runs check-upstream --strict on this branch.
• benchmark-checklist is ported verbatim from upstream: a ballpark the user explicitly asked for may use one run, still checks questions 4 and 7, and must say it is one run. A choice between options is never a ballpark.- sectionsAtLevel in tools/meta-mode/check-plan.mjs already closes a section at the next heading of the same level: a line that starts with the prefix pushes a new section and later lines attach to found.at(-1), so one task never inherits a later task's boxes. That function came from PR fix(meta-mode): harden plan checks and worktree audit #31 and this PR only adds markers.
