The one-tap iPhone setup path already reads
NEXT_PUBLIC_RAVEL_EXPENSE_SHORTCUT_URLandNEXT_PUBLIC_RAVEL_INCOME_SHORTCUT_URL. Production still needs real Apple iCloud Shortcut share links for the two prebuilt templates. Apple mints those links when the shortcuts are shared from the Shortcuts app; no such links are present in repository/history, so they cannot be fabricated safely in this code change.
