Add CausalVAE ECCV 2026 blog post

Summary

• add the ECCV 2026 CausalVAE blog post in the site's native Jekyll format
• add four figures copied directly from the paper project
• use the site's figure, button, alert, and responsive-column components for consistent presentation
• link directly to the arXiv PDF and omit supplemental/reference-material attachments
• omit author front matter so the “✦ Ziyi Ding” author card is not rendered

Image and layout fix

The first preview used root-absolute /images/... URLs. Those URLs skipped the pull-request preview base path, so the browser requested assets that were not yet present on the live site. The post now uses the site's figure.html include, which applies Jekyll's relative_url filter for both preview and production paths. It also adds the site's standard figure captions, shadows, paper button, callouts, and responsive three-stage layout.
