Welcome to the Fruitloop wiki! The Fruitlop group consists of Kaavya Venkateswaran, Carl Bogstedt and Andreas Medhage. Our goal is to assist in the investigation of Sorghum Bicolor, and the effect human domestication and migration have had on the diversity of the food crops.
The group has constructed a variant calling pipline.
