Fix t2s: 「射覆」不应当转换为「射复」 - #1071

The character 覆 in 射覆 means "to cover/conceal" (as in 覆盖), not "to repeat/reply" (复). Per the current simplified Chinese standard, 覆 in this sense should remain 覆 and not be converted to 复. Fixes #996 https://claude.ai/code/session_01WQLdyi27gu6ozPzfDVZQVi

Summary
Remove incorrect conversion entries for 「射覆」↔「射复」in TSPhrases.txt and STPhrases.txt.
「射覆」是古代一种猜物游戏。「射」是猜度之意，「覆」是覆盖之意。覆者用瓯盂、盒子等器覆盖某一物件，射者通过占筮等途径，猜测里面是什么东西。《汉书·东方朔传》：「上尝使诸数家射覆。」
依据现行简化字方案，「覆盖」之「覆」并未简化为「复」，因此「射覆」在简体中文中仍应写作「射覆」，不应转换为「射复」。
