- 根据《通用规范汉字表》删去 T2S 的「牴」。
- 根据《现代汉语词典》的释义修正「覆」相关的转换。
- 修正「復」「複」颠倒的错误。

PR BYVoid#758 dropped ~100 STPhrases.txt entries whose simplified key wrongly used 复 for words that actually keep 覆 unchanged, rather than fixing the key. These identity-mapped phrase entries still matter for segmentation boundaries during Simplified-to-Traditional conversion, so re-add them with the key corrected to 覆 (value was already correct). The T2S direction is left as PR BYVoid#758 changed it, since TSPhrases.txt entries don't affect segmentation there.

Lock in the Simplified-to-Traditional conversion of 复盘 as 復盤 with an explicit phrase entry and round-trip test cases, so the behavior restored by the PR #758 follow-up no longer depends solely on the first-candidate order of 复 in STCharacters. Co-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
