Summary

Adds maintained hip sideways-fall and spine-compression workflows through ogoFEA.

• Shared helpers for registration, material laws, PMMA supports and N88 model construction.
• GT-based hip shaft cropping with coverage checks; spine body-component cleanup and orientation checks.
• Full-bone and optional regional Pistoia results, reaction force and stiffness.
• Compact before/after 3D previews, saved QC measurements and ogoValidateFEA review galleries.
• Short installation/run guides and an implementation code map.

Verification

After merging current master, the full local suite passed: 273 passed, 24 skipped.

Verification at cfd3cb2: a fresh Python 3.10 conda environment and clean checkout installed successfully; pip check found no conflicts; full tests passed (255 passed, 24 skipped for unavailable data/optional runtimes). Hip, spine and validation CLI help commands passed. Wheel build contains reference surfaces and gallery JavaScript. On ARC compute nodes, both hip and L1 generation plus solves completed successfully: all 30 hip and 31 spine model arrays match the baseline exactly, with matching mechanical results including masked L1 Pistoia. Push is current. Merge into master was attempted but requires review approval; repository auto-merge is disabled.

Follow-up verification at 898ffb7: the CI environment now uses Python 3.10 with declared VTK/QC image dependencies. Both current jobs pass on Ubuntu and the pinned Intel macOS runner. The branch is mergeable; repository policy still requires an approving review.
