## [2026-07-20] — v0.29.2 · Reliable runtime handoff

### Changed

- **Connection identity stays compatible across upgrades.** Historical runtime and webhook keys are normalized atomically while retaining immutable aliases, and delivery actions treat connection ids as opaque identifiers instead of assuming one storage format.

### Fixed

- **A blocked runtime cannot stall the global dispatch sweep.** Delivery conflicts park only the competing candidate and remain fail-closed even if their operator decision cannot be materialized, so unrelated agent work continues normally.
- **Victor mentions can reach an actionable ownership decision.** Legacy managed-runtime keys no longer invalidate typed delivery-conflict requests before the operator can join, hand off, review, or cancel the candidate run.

## 2026-07-20 — v0.29.2 release preparation

Prepared the serialized patch release containing AXI-134 and merged PR #76.
Release metadata documents atomic normalization of historical AgentConnection
keys, immutable audit aliases, rolling-deploy-compatible typed decisions, and
per-candidate dispatch isolation. The release uses a separate AXI-135 Delivery
session and PR; the immutable tag, production migration, AXI-129 repair, and
live verification remain distinct recorded facts.

The Windows-native release gate passed Prisma generation, lint, typecheck, the
production build, and all 1,482 unit tests with 12 intentional skips. The
repository's `flock` wrapper is Linux-only; its direct Playwright equivalent
ran 53/57 tests successfully before local disk pressure (`ENOSPC`) prevented
screenshots/traces and caused two failures, with one skip and one test not run.
Both authoritative GitHub Playwright shards for the exact implementation commit
passed; the release PR reruns the complete clean Linux gate.
