When a message both references the bot (mention, "matrimony", or the word "bot") and contains a paternity keyword (pregnant, impregnated, paternity, child support, baby daddy, ...), the new MatrCog on_message listener replies with a random deadpan denial from _PATERNITY_QUIPS, matching the existing one-liner quip style. Summary
Adds a paternity-denial Easter egg: when a message both references the bot and contains a paternity keyword, the bot replies with a random deadpan denial, in the same style as the existing one-liner quips ("Disowned 3 children. Cold.", "That's... the same person.").
