Generate timeseries memory and CPU RUM event models

What and why?

Regenerated RUMDataModels.swift and RUMDataModels+objc.swift from the bplasovska/timeseries branch of rum-events-format, adding RUMTimeseriesMemoryEvent and RUMTimeseriesCpuEvent to the SDK.
