The authoritative
BriskSeedbranch contains a mature StreamSeed/BriskSeed implementation and a substantial historical result corpus, but its root README still presents only the generic CANDOR-Bench carrier. That makes the project look like an empty benchmark proposal and hides the accepted research question.This documentation-only change surfaces the branch identity, reuse–validate–refresh mechanism, existing implementation/result families, and the boundary between BriskSeed and CANDOR-Bench. It records the next owner task as evidence closure: bind raw rows, branch/dependency pins, datasets, streams, backend parameters, hardware identity, summaries, and figures into one manifest. It does not promote the historical summary CSVs to verified paper results or change student-owned code, experiments, or ownership.
